That's a meaningful distinction for families moving from established villa communities elsewhere in Dubai.
The 3-bedroom townhouses at around 1,921 sq ft of built-up area are well-proportioned for young families or couples who want room to grow. The 4-bedroom units at 2,618 sq ft are genuinely spacious — comparable to offerings in Arabian Ranches II that now trade at considerably higher price points.
